Consultation Terms & Details
This consultation will share dispute strategies and consumer laws that you (Guest) could apply to your own situation.
However, it does not make you a student of Consumer Law Secrets University(CLSU).
We, (Daraine Delevante/ CLSU) are not a Credit Repair Organization as defined under 15 U.S. Code § 1679a(3).
We are a Financial Literacy & Educational Company.
We do not offer Credit Repair Services.
We only offer Educational & Dispute Strategies which may or may not include a free tailored-template along with the consultation as required by your specific situation.
This consultation does not make you a client of Daraine Delevante or Student of Consumer Law Secrets University.
1 Consultations can be scheduled as: Pick one.
1.1 One 1-hour session $1,500;
1.2 One 30-minute session $1,000; or
1.3 Two 30-minute sessions that can be used at different times $1,500
2. Attendance and Punctuality
2.1. Guest must be on time for the scheduled consultation.
2.2. Host will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the Guest does not arrive within this time frame, the meeting will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
3. Late Arrival
3.1. If the Guest anticipates being late, they must provide at least 1-hour notice before the scheduled start time.
3.2. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. The Guest is entitled to reschedule the consultation once.
4.2. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled consultation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. If the Guest cancels the consultation after booking and making payment, the Host will retain 50% of the payment.
5.2. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the Guest.
6. Binding Agreement
6.1. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Host and the Guest.
6.2. Both parties agree to adhere to the terms outlined above.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
8. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
